This class is designed to give our clients the tools to work on muscle structure, strength and definition. Also will improve overall muscle and cardiovascular endurance. The core & mid section of the body (abs) are very important for body strength, posture and mobility. Many exercises and tools will be given to our members to improve the core section of their bodies. Its not easy but once you start and put the time and work in you will see calories burn and your weight drop! this will take your fitness to a much higher level!!! Bring your towel and be ready to train. Everyone wants to look and feel fit!
